• มินิบาร์ - ซอฟดริ๊ง และน้ำเปล่า (บริการเติมเครื่องดื่มในวันถัดไป) / Mini bar- soft drinks and Water (replenished once daily)

• บริการกิจกรรมทางน้ำที่ไม่ใช้เครื่องยนต์ (Cannoa, Paddle, Mask และ Fin) / Non-motorized water sports (canoa, paddle, mask and fins)

• ภาษีและ Service Charge ประเทศมัลดีฟส์ ณ อัตราปัจจุบัน/ GST and Service Charge of Maldives as current rate

• ประกันภัยอุบัติเหตุ (เงื่อนไขตามกรมธรรม์) สำหรับผู้เดินทาง (ไทยและต่างชาติ) ที่ออกจาก และกลับเข้าประเทศไทยเท่านั้น / Accidental Insurance (Conditions apply) for client (Thai and foreigner) who arrive and depart from Thailand only

  ผู้เอาประกันภัย หมายถึง บุคคลที่ระบุชื่อเป็นผู้เอาประกันภัยใน ตารางกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยนี้และ/หรือเอกสารแนบโดยกำหนด อายุต่ำสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 6 เดือนและสูงสุดไม่เกิน 75ปี ซึ่งเป็นบุคคล ที่ได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกรมธรรม์ประกันภัย

HONEYMOON:

These services will be provided on complimentary basis where applicable. Should clients wish to avail these services the request is to be submitted at the time of reservations. To qualify for honeymoon services, honeymooners will be required to submit certified documents (validity max. 12 months) and this should be communicated at the time of reservation.

All Honeymooners for a minimum 4 nights stay will receive the following services:

• One bottle of wine, chocolate with special turn down service per room per stay.

• Free Villa upgrade from Manta Villa to Dolphin Villa (upon request and subject to hotel confirmation at the time of booking).

All Honeymooners for a minimum 6 nights stay will receive the following additional service:

• Romantic Candle lit dinner for two persons once per stay.

COMPLIMENTARY GUEST SERVICES:

These services will be provided on complimentary basis where applicable. Should clients wish to avail these services the request is to be submitted at the time of reservations.

• Guest celebrating birthday or anniversary on the island will receive a cake per stay.

• Repeat guests will receive a fruit basket on arrival per stay.

• All the guests staying in You&Me will have access to The Cocoon Collection Lounge located at the Velana International Airport at arrival.

เงื่อนไขการเข้าพัก / CONDITIONS:

• ราคาพิเศษนี้สำหรับการพักอย่างน้อย 2 คืน / Special price is for 2 nights minimum stay

• ราคานี้ เป็นราคาต่อท่าน เดินทางเข้าพัก 2 ท่าน ต่อห้อง / Price per person base on twin sharing basis.

• ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคา ณ ปัจจุบัน หากมีโปรโมชั่นใหม่ไม่สามารถ re-book ได้ / Cannot rebook after booking has been confirmed

• ราคาข้างต้นเป็นราคาตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ปัจจุบัน หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนในอัตราที่สูง ณ ช่วงเวลาที่ทำการจอง บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา / Prices are subject to daily currency exchange rate

• ราคาข้างต้นคำนวณจากราคาและอัตราภาษีของประเทศมัลดีฟส์ ณ อัตราปัจจุบัน (GST และภาษีอื่นๆ) ซึ่งอาจจะมีการผันแปรหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของรีสอร์ทได้ / Prices are subject to any increases in Maldives Government taxes and service charge without prior notice

PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE:

• ตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับ กรุงเทพฯ-มัลดีฟส์ / Round Trip Air ticket Bangkok - Maldives

• การรับประทานอาหารภายในวิลล่า / Dining in the Villa

• ดำน้ำลึก, การรับประทานอาหาร หรือกิจกรรมสันทนาการใดๆ ที่ไม่ได้ระบุไว้ข้างต้น / Scuba diving, other meals or activities that do not mentioned in the package

• ประกันการเดินทางที่ครอบคลุมการกักตัว, การรักษาตัว, การเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทาง เนื่องจากสถานการณ์โควิด19

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:

• Check in: 14.00 hrs. (เช็คอินช่วงเช้าได้ ในกรณีมีห้องพักว่าง) / Early check-in: possible when room is available.

• Check out: 12.00 hrs.

• หากต้องการใช้ห้องพักต่อ ระหว่างเวลา 12.00 น. ถึง 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day Use: 12.00 -18.00, room charge 50%.

• หากใช้ห้องพักเกิน 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 100% ของราคาห้องพัก / Day use: over 18.00, room charge 100%.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• มากกว่า 45 วันก่อนการเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจํา 5,000 บาทต่อท่าน/ More than 45 days before arrival: cancellation charge 5,000 baht per person

• 45 - 31 วันก่อนเดินทาง หักค่ามัดจำ 50% ของราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด/ 45 -31 Days before arrival: cancellation charge 50%

• 30 วันก่อนเดินทาง เสียค่าบริการ 100% ตามราคาห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักรวมทั้งหมด/ 30 days before arrival: cancellation charge 100%.

• ยกเลิกกระทันหันหรือพักไม่ครบตามที่จองไม่สามารถเรียกเงินคืนได้/ No show & early departure from the resort : charge 100%.

• ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในกรณียกเลิกหรือแก้ไขแพ็คเกจการเดินทาง ตามความเหมาะสม โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
